The mystery was that Gentiles and Jews were to brought together in unity as one church under Christ. Are we working for unity in the church? Are we creating space where all people can be drawn together in Jesus?Any thoughts to share? Join the conversation here...
Paul prays that we would be rooted in love, in order to grasp the love of Christ, so that we would know His love. Is love evident in your life in this way? If not, where and how does it start?

Question 2:
I think that being rooted in love means loving others...in a natural way. I read once that it's not about WWJD - it's not about thinking in each instance about how Jesus would react. It's about having a life that reflects the life of Jesus. It's about loving others naturally. It's about not having to think about it.
It is indeed a fascinating thought that we may actually be rooted in love to the extent that our reaction would be in line with the sort of thing that Jesus would do...
...and did...
that would rock...
Kyle - great comments. I think sometimes we (collective we) have a tendency to get wrapped up in analyzing the complexities of what is really an amazingly simple concept - Love one another, naturally and unconditionally. If we keep our eye on that over-arching concept, all the other details should either fall into place, or we realize that they weren't as important as we thought they were. I think, as humans, we are wired to assume that something so magnificent as grace and salvation has to be complex. Maybe there is a continuum of thought where there are things that are too complex for most of us to understand such as astro-physics , and conversly there are things that are too pure and simple for us to comprehend. I think I'm overcomplicating as I type...
